2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official channels. Upon booking, the client will receive a confirmation outlining the scheduled services, costs, and other pertinent details.

2.1 Reservation Details

The client must provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved, pickup and delivery locations, and preferred dates. Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are determined based on the volume of items, distance, and specific requirements. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.1 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled date without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.

4.1 Refunds

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.

5. Liability

Millhill Removals is committed to handling clients' possessions with care. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the removal process unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct.

5.1 Insurance

Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their belongings. We offer additional insurance options upon request.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled. Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and items of exceptional value should be communicated in advance.

6.1 Access

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises for both pickup and delivery. This includes ensuring that parking spaces are available and that any required permits are obtained.

7. Millhill Removals Responsibilities

We pledge to provide professional and timely services, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Our team is trained to handle all types of removals efficiently.

7.1 Equipment and Personnel

Millhill Removals will supply all necessary equipment and qualified personnel to carry out the agreed-upon services.

8. Force Majeure

Millhill Removals is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.

8.1 Rescheduling

In the event of a force majeure situation, Millhill Removals will work with the client to reschedule services at the earliest convenience.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the parties may seek legal remedies in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Millhill Removals operates.
